Amanda's Senior Portrait Sneak Peek

Amanda is an upcoming senior at Woodland High. Amanda wanted her senior portraits taken at her favorite place to hang out and relax- Red Top Mountain. It's a special place to Amanda, she even held her birthday party there! We more more than happy to travel there to photograph her. It was quite a hike to get to her favorite spot but as you can tell from the slideshow below, it was well worth it!! It was so beautiful and relaxing and a great setting for senior portraits. After spending a good bit of time at Red Top, we came back to the studio and continued her session indoors.
Amanda was a sweetheart and so great to work with. Thanks Amanda, for letting us capture you for your senior portraits! We hope you love them as much as we do!

Kyle's Senior Portrait Sneak Peek!

Kyle is an upcoming senior at Harrison High. He's a pretty laid back guy, so his session was a breeze! For his senior portrait session we traveled to his favorite hang out, Oregon Park, to catch up with him longboarding. It didn't take much persuading to get him to show off his skills on the board! We also photographed Kyle with his new car, a Mazda Protoge 5. It just happened to start to rain in the middle of the session so we hopped in Kyle's car to wait it out. We kept on photographing! Check out the slideshow below to catch Kyle waiting out the rain in his car. Thanks to great lighting and Sherri's sharp eye, we ended up with one of our favorite portraits of the entire session.
Thanks Kyle, for giving us the chance to get to know you a little better!

Kaitlin's Senior Portrait Sneak Peek!

This week was full of Senior Portraits! We're working hard to get the sneak peeks up for all of you awesome seniors! Be sure to keep checking the blog as well as our myspace http://myspace.com/sherrisportraits to see all the new sessions!
First up is Kaitlin. Kaitlin is an upcoming senior at Kennesaw Mountain High. She was so much fun to photograph! Kaitlin loves daisies and brought some along to her session. We love it when our seniors bring something meaningful along with them that allows us to capture their personality! She also brought her sister with her. It is always so much fun when a senior brings along a friend or family member for their session. It tends to help relieve any nervousness and sometimes they get pulled into the session for a quick picture like the one of Kaitlin and her sister below!
We also encourage our seniors to bring some of their music to play in the studio during their portrait session. Kaitlin not only brought some great music, but she sang and danced along to it! You can tell that her senior portrait session was a great one!
Thanks Kaitlin, for giving us the honor of capturing your senior portraits! And for just being so fun!

Mary Ann's Senior Portraits *Sneak Peek*

Mary Ann is an upcoming senior at East Paulding High. Her senior portrait session was a blast! She worked the camera like a pro. Mary Ann did several outfit changes and we LOVED her beautiful silver dress and matching shoes! She also knew how to accessorize! She wore different earrings with every outfit and that little touch makes her senior portraits so much fun!

Thanks Mary Ann, for letting us capture you as you are!

Madeline's Senior Portraits

This week we had a Senior Portrait session with Madeline! We did her sister Emily's senior portraits last year and had a blast with her, so we knew it would be fun. We had planned to do some fun outdoor poses, but when Madeline arrived it was pouring rain! Instead of letting the rain get us down, we decided to work with what we had! Madeline came in with a cute pink umbrella so we went outside in the rain and ended up with some great poses! We returned to the studio for some traditional portraits and some fun ones of Madeline showing off her cheerleading skills. Eventually, the sun shone long enough for us to go downtown. The session turned out beautifully, I think you will all agree!
Thanks Madeline, for being such a great sport! And thanks Emily, for coming along and helping out! We had a great time with both of you!
